We send a time-limited reset link to the email on the account. Existing role, approval, and ledger access stay attached to the account after the password is changed.

Request the link from the phone, tablet, or browser you already use. Open the email and set a new password without changing role or approval. Return to sign-in with the same lender workspace and records.
Reset links expire after the configured recovery window.
Operator permissions are not changed by a password reset.
