Scope
This policy applies only to the LoanLedger Devvit app on Reddit. It does not apply to the LoanLedger website, network API, desktop app, or any separate bot/service.
Current app behavior (important)
- The app currently operates as a ledger utility within Reddit.
- The app does not currently use external account linking.
- The app does not currently process off-platform purchases.
- The app does not currently transmit Reddit user data to external commercial analytics or ad systems.
Data we process
We process only the minimum data needed for app functionality and moderation-safe operation, such as Reddit identifiers and content references required for ledger behavior.
How data is used
- Provide and maintain app functionality.
- Prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and maintain app reliability.
- Comply with Reddit Terms & Policies and moderator/community expectations.
What we do not do
- We do not sell Reddit user data.
- We do not profile redditors for sensitive characteristics.
- We do not use Reddit data to train AI/ML models.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as needed for app operation, integrity, and policy compliance. Deleted Reddit content and deletion-related events are handled in accordance with Devvit and Reddit policy requirements.
Future feature changes
If we add external integrations, off-platform fetches, or payments, this policy will be updated before those features are enabled, and new disclosures/consent flows will be added where required.
